Can we switch between monthly and annual billing mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrading to annual billing immediately applies the 18% discount, prorating any unused monthly balance toward your annual term.

What happens if a Studio workspace exceeds 600 monthly minutes?

Existing recordings remain accessible, and we notify the workspace owner at 85% usage so you can upgrade to Growth Bench without losing a live call.
